Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via stilltype.shop. The seller is Ignat Sedelmeier (Stilltype), Germany.

2. Contract formation

By placing products in the online store we make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you place an order via the Shopify checkout process and confirm payment.

3. Products and Fulfilment

All products are made-to-order prints produced by Gelato on premium matte paper. Minor color variations may occur due to screen display and printing process.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are final according to §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation) – no VAT is charged or shown.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Average production and delivery time is 3–6 business days. Worldwide shipping is handled by Gelato’s local printing partners.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) or PayPal. The payment process is encrypted and secure.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Consumers have a right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. Please contact us by email before returning any item: i.sedelmeier@gmx.net.

Customized or personalized products are excluded from withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Warranty

If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 7 days. We will replace the item or refund you after confirmation with our printing partner.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. No liability for slight negligence or for printing deviations that are technically unavoidable.

10. Governing Law

All contracts are subject to German law excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
